Email from Mark Mackay to Zak :D

Just a quick email to confirm that i’d like to take you over to Ireland to compete in the Mayo Youth Tour July 30 – August 1 this year. ... 3757585313

We’ll be going as part of a much larger contingent of Scots across Youth A & B categories totalling 19 riders and 6 adult support with parents and myself.

You’ll be part of this group but you will be funded for this trip by Scottish Cycling’s Youth Racing development programme under my direction. You will need to be available for travel out on Friday July 29th (the day following the Skinny Tyres Bellahouston Crit, which I would expect you to ride) and will return very late on the night of Monday August 1st.

There will be further detailed info to follow but for now could you please confirm back to me that you would like to come on this racing trip.

An offer well too good to be refused! Zak, Karl and I are honoured that he's been asked by Mark to attend this Tour. Its all happening for him/us now. That's our holiday plans changing every minute! I'm sure we'll get that camper van finished and to France this summer even if its only for 2 weeks instead of three.
