Just back from club ride - Tortoise Division. Beautiful day, except when the wind was in your face. Long climb up to almost Knaven, then whizz down to Tanglandford, and home through Haddo. Met Carol, Chris and Tamsin - who did an extra leg - coming in to Tarves - 25 ish miles in total. Hope everyone enjoyed the run - 10 in our group I think, and the "Hares" group was even bigger, great turn out!

Great run for the first time with Adam and the slower group, Adam did really well considering the number of hills we went up. We did 13.5 miles in total which is a great start for him (and me as well!) Good to see the sun shining too but shame about the headwind most of the way.
Thanks guys for waiting for the whole group to catch up - and then allowing us to catch breath, nothing more annoying than busting a gut to catch up the rest of the group and just when you get there and think yeah a rest, for them to move off! Think it was this ethic that kept Adam going the whole way. Cheers again and see you next week!
Claire and Adam.
