So who is the resident Di2 expert.

Nothing is working on the canyon. No lights. Not shifting. Nothing when you hold the control button down. Nothing.

I suspect a call to the bike station may be required unless anyone has the diagnostic tool?

Only 100 miles left this year for 2000 so keen to get it fixed ASAP.

Has it gone into crash mode?

Don't think it appears to be in total crash mode.

I imagine a broken wire or the battery connection is goosed.

It's at the Bike Station getting looked at now. The battery holder is faulty. Apparently it's full of electronics too.

Colin is speaking with Canyon as they will hopefully pay the bill under warranty, let's see.

Not sure if my battery holder is the same as yours but if you dont get it under warranty there's one going cheap at chez Allanach
