Final block of the year culminating in the pool party to beat all pool parties (thanks Karolyn) on the 12th December. Please pay for the block in advance which is 8 sessions x £2.00 = £16 (Polka Dots will be £14 as there is NO PDs this week). No excuses, cash (or cheque) up front! We hope to be putting a few more members on to coaching courses soon and we have to pay BC a hefty sum. This only works with everyone's cooperation.

PDs: NO PDs this week...I say again, NO PDs this week.

Please bring a pair of TRAINERS with you this week as Colin has a surprise (nasty?) in store.

We may change some of the sessions to CX/MTB depending on a sucessful hunt for a suitable field.
