DIRECT ORDER CLOTHING

Postby Andy D » Thu Jan 14, 2010 3:11 pm

Folks,

we have yet to set up the NEW DIRECT ORDERING sytsem for IMPSPORT with the latest designed kit, so.....

*****PLEASE DO NOT DIRECT ORDER KIT - until told otherwise ******

(please disregard what it says on the MEMBERS/CLOTHING section of the YTHAN CC website - it relates to the old system and the old kit).

I will put messages up and get the Webmaster to update the website when we have the NEW DIRECT ORDERING for the latest kit set up.

thanks,
Andy D

Andy / Fiona

Any ideas when I can get a new jersey?

I could do with one for some upcoming rides and races

Jim / John,

I've updated the website with the new details for direct ordering from Impsport. See http://www.ythancc.org.uk/kit.php

Happy Shopping!

NOT SO GOOD. IMPSPORT HAVE MESSED UP AGAIN> DO NOT ORDER KIT FROM IMPSPORT. ANDY IS SORTING OUT ANOTHER SUPPLIER AS THIS IS THE LAST STRAW.

IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER IN PLACE WITH IMPSOPRT PLEASE CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL IT.

I have just contacted Impsport and they appear to be waiting confirmation from someone regarding the clothing before they send any orders out, given that we maybe in the process of changing supplier can someone clarify what we are actually going to do, they do have the new clothing set up, and have very little of the old left, and there are orders out there.

Jim.

P.S. They did offer me the new kit at half price as well.

Impsport have not responded to me at all following my E-mail the other day, but perhaps I shouldn't be surprised given the tone and content of my message to them.

I am happy that they are making amends to you Jim, I asked them to provide a full refund to you but maybe that was not realistic.

I think we have to seek out a new supplier as we can't rely on Impsport, despite their gesture of goodwill to you Jim. They have repeatedly screwed up and caused us difficulties, which cannot be allowed to continue.

I will shortly put out a consultation E-Mail to all members, checking to see what we are going to do but I think the sensible option is to keep our current design/colour and use an alternative supplier.
