That must be some jazzy engineering typing cause I can't read anything but swimming pool. Combined with his earlier post, taxi for Allanach

That was a good wee club run and nice to see some new faces along with the old.

I was cream crackered after being a bit under the weather lately, doing 66 miles was sair by the time I got near to home.

Hope the young lads keep coming out, as both looked to have good fitness, we can maybe get them to work on some bunch skills in the next few weeks, to aid the progress, if they are up for that.

I'd be up for that. I know the basics but could do with more practice

The session on 23rd October (Session 5 of 6) is a Sprinting session but will have group riding exercises as well to start getting everyone used to riding close to each other. Hopefully the group parts of this session will help when it comes to the Sunday club runs

John,

Dinnae worry, I can assure you that you won't be as slow as me :( Trying to psyche myself up for a humiliating return to the club runs (and more than likely getting dropped before leaving Ellon).

Won't be able to make it for a couple of weeks but might see you there towards end of Oct.
