Where are WE going this weekend? Keep this to Ythan runs only please.

Sunday 28th April

Sunday's looking good around 11°C with 17mph winds, so who's going out, where & what distance (60 plus?).
Any chance there will be two groups with one on a ±30 mile steady ride? I've got a female colleague looking for some bike time.

Is anyone going out for a run?

I really hoped to make this one, Mrs G is due our first child next week so chances to get out are going to diminish I fear. I've got a pass for tomorrow though.

I should be there and can manage a 3 hour run, if anyone has ambition beyond this I can go for a run myself.

Thanks for the run yesterday guys, apologies if I held you up on the way back. It appears that two slices of toast in the morning before 50 miles isn't quite enough nutrition. Legs were fine but there was nothing left in the energy reserve.

For someone who rides alone it was nice to get out in a group for a change and see where I am, and it would appear I have a lot of work to do.

I need to work on longer runs to get some endurance up, and that is my long term plan now, instead of short 20 mile weekend blasts at high speed.

Hopefully catch you out again soon.
