Anyone hitting the road tomorrow? Forecast is reasonable so I'll be there.

icy round us today so I didn't head down for the club run. I went out a bit later on the B&F way. Got to Maud and went through a huge puddle, ice underneath it and I hit the deck, or rather the 6" deep puddle of freezing water. So soaked through I headed home. It wasn't as cold as I thought so I went for a burl through the woods round Ellon. As I was heading back home a stick went in the rear derailer and ripped it off the hanger. Ended up walking home last mile with bike over my shoulder. A dog walker made some coment about me supposed to be riding the bike - oh how we laughed

Anyway lovely day out and despite mishaps it was an enjoyable run.

Manx DVD on the spinner in the warmth of the house. Breaking bone weather just now, barely been above 2-3deg in Inverurie for 2 weeks. Soon be summer

Zak has the right idea. 2 hour road ride somewhere round Glasgow from the Velodrome followed by a 4 hour track session in the warm!

Spent all day at work being messed about by professionals  Came home and got on the turbo using one of Hamish's 3LC DVDs - cycling, even indoors, is just about keeping me sane...

3.5 hours around Deeside with Mrs Duncan. Nice and steady, except any time it went uphill where she just rides away from me.... :(

Cracking day weatherwise, nice roads and nice company - when I was in her company!
