Col, looks a great idea to me, have you thought about adding a morning or so on fixing punctures and minor on the road mechanicals?

No Chris is running them as per the Go-ride training directives, I belive there may be a moring dedicated to repairing broken collar bones using some tub glue, a shimano chain whip and a latex inner tube. You want to sign up

First of the skills sessions done by Chris today concentrating on cronering techniques. Marked difference between when they started the session and when they finished. Closed off car park and hill are ideal for the training.

Hopefully more QLers next week after the long weekend holiday is over.

The addition of the Loneys and a new Polish chap (i'll master his name soon) boosted the numbers this week.
Please spread the word as I would like to get a good section of about ten youths at these sessions.

The squad seem to enjoy the sessions (we have been lucky with the weather so far) and are bonding as a team and there is a fair bit of competition between them.
