Alp d'huez Triathlon

Postby Carol » Thu Jul 28, 2011 10:05 am

Dave Mack has just completed the above triathlon in what he described as 9hrs 52mins of "hell". Driving rain and wind made it hard to focus on the descents as it was so cold and he had a brutal head wind on the run and cycle.

Well Done!!

Well done Dave!

Alps were tough this year. Climbs were OK but freezing on the descents. Look forward to your reportage.
