i only did the 50, but maybe.

Will try for the 100 this year , how hard can it be?

So 45mile warm up - 10 miles at tt pace and 45 miles cool down. :lol:

Not staying, up and down in a day. It's no bother. Bacon rolls at the cafe for breakfast. Although we should try and have afternoon tea somewhere as a team. Dave Mcintosh says we should all go round together but as soon as he gets to the front he usually puts the hammer down. :?

Thats me in for the 100, so whats the plan? ride round easyish as a bunch then every man for himself once we hit the last climb? or is it a 'race' ??

WILL be going up with van so can take the bikes up if any body wants then that means youse can wait on me to get bikes home again ha ha .

I've spent a couple of weeks riding with this one on mind :idea: It's one of the best sportives around, no doubt.

Alas, gonna be offshore for this weekend and so am unlikley to be home in time. Have a good one all the same and enjoy the last 5 miles especialy :mrgreen:
