Wiggle have got a deal on them now 2 tyres, 5 inner tubes £65, 700x23c, or 700x25c.

School of thought that a 25mm rear and 23mm front rolls best. I have commuted on a 25mm rear and it is nice but not 100% it makes a huge difference one way or another, maybe a bit more comfy.

I know Graeme Obree advocates 25mm tyres for their better 'foot-print' and claims better rolling resistance properties, not to sure of the science of all that though.

Guess what, whilst out on my bike last night I got a puncture on my Swalbe Ultremos by Ythanbank :).

Must be the road at Ythanbank, I punctured there in the APR last year! Two years on Schwalbe with TCG and not a problem. I guess its like every tyre, they will all get a puncture at some point.
